Meet Foundation Board Member and Community Leader, Monica Sherman
Monica Sherman is vice president of investments for Nautilus Private Wealth of Raymond James. Prior to her joining their team she was the senior vice president and private banker for Hancock Whitney in Pensacola, Florida. Monica worked with the bank’s high-net-worth clients, and she and her team helped families navigate concerns about retirement, asset protection and legacy planning. She holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses as well as a Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
In addition, she is a certified public accountant and a personal financial specialist whose experience includes tax planning, retirement planning, small business consulting and working as a controller. She has a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree from Mississippi State University and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of West Florida.
She is actively involved in the Baptist Health Care Foundation Board, Baptist Health Care Women’s Board, the Baptist Health Care Investment Committee, Impact 100, Pensacola’s Arts, Culture and Entertainment Board, the Junior League of Pensacola and Christ Church.
