KC Gartman

KC Gartman, Executive Director
As executive director of the Baptist Health Care Foundation, KC is responsible for generating income and public awareness through fundraising programs targeting a broad base of individual donors, foundations and corporate donors to benefit the entire Baptist Health Care System. She is also responsible for strategic planning, revenue generation, financial management and the daily operations of the Foundation and staff.
KC has 15 years of non-profit experience in our community, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for the Greater Pensacola Chamber. KC earned both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of West Florida. She is active with several community organizations.

Heather Moorer

Heather Moorer, Director of Development
Heather is responsible for generating income and public awareness of the Baptist Health Care Foundation. Heather's focus is on managing annual events - Casino Royale, Bras Across the Bridge and Stepping Out in Style. Heather also manages the Women's Board of the Foundation and works with the board to promote Baptist Health Care's Mission through quarterly meetings, Women's Night Out events and multiple fundraisers throughout the year. Heather has more than 10 years of health care fundraising experience and earned her bachelor's degree from Auburn University. Heather is from Gulf Breeze, Florida, and is an active volunteer in the community.

Katherine Champlin

Katherine Champlin, Major Gifts and Planned Giving
Katherine is responsible for securing grants and planned financial gifts to support services throughout Baptist Health Care. Through fundraising programs and outreach, she works with individuals, businesses and foundations that share Baptist's passion for improving the quality of life in our community.
Katherine previously worked at the University of West Florida as the Public Relations and Development Coordinator for the College of Professional Studies. Prior to that, Katherine was Vice President of Community Development for the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce. Katherine earned her master's degree from Troy State University and her bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida.

Maegan Leonard

Maegan Leonard, Development Specialist
Maegan is responsible for contributing to the Foundation's overall financial growth and fundraising initiatives, with a focus on managing the Helping Hands annual team member giving campaign.
Maegan previously was the Director of Membership for the Greater Pensacola Chamber and is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a degree in Journalism. She is an active volunteer for several community organizations
